EVENT PARTICIPATION
1.1 Entrants take part in ISORUNCLUB virtual and non-virtual events entirely at their own risk and are 100% responsible for selecting a safe route to run. Entrants should wear hi-vis clothing when running, especially in low light conditions and should also take care around traffic or when running off road. ISORUNCLUB and its supporting partner accept no responsibility for any accidents or injuries sustained whilst taking part in a ISORUNCLUB virtual event.
1.2 THE EVENT ORGANISERS do not provide any insurance, whether life or medical or liability, for any illness, accident, injury, death, loss or damage that may arise in connection with the participation in ISORUNCLUB events by each and any ENTRANT. The ENTRANT is advised to obtain such insurance themselves.
1.3 Children are welcome to take part in ISORUNCLUB events and become ENTRANTS but should be accompanied and closely supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
1.4 By entering an ISORUNCLUB event, you are accepting that ISORUNCLUB will contact you to confirm your entry and keep you updated on the progress of your entree. Per our Privacy Policy, you have the option of being added to the ISORUNCLUB mailing list to receive updates on future events. You can unsubscribe from the ISORUNCLUB mailing list at any time.
1.5 After completing your virtual race you must upload photo of GPS data to your event entry on the ISORUNCLUB website. Without a GPS data photo(s) you will not have completed your virtual race and so will not receive the finisher’s certificate or be eligible for prizes. If you experience any difficulties creating or uploading a run details photo(s), please contact the ISORUNCLUB team at hello@isorunclub.com
1.6 ISORUNCLUB virtual runs are competitive events and as such, there will be a winner of each event.
1.7 ISORUNCLUB will be free to use any images taken during your participation in ISORUNCLUB or in which we are tagged on our social channels for any purpose.
1.8 Each virtual event has a designated charity beneficiary. Unless stated otherwise, all events support IRC’s Move More project.
1.9 ISORUNCLUB adheres to the regulations and guidance of The Charities Act 1992 positioning ourselves as a “Commercial Participator”.
